Nataka Dance Company

1. Monthly fees:

• Payable strictly in advance on or before the 1st day of each month.
• There will be a annual fee increase and students will be informed at the end of the current year.

2. Absences:

• Monthly fees remain payable in full for missed classes.
• Classes falling on official South African public holidays are non-refundable.
• The onus is on the student and their parent/guardian to make sure the student attends all classes paid for.

3. Notice Period:

• A minimum of one calendar month’s written notice is required to terminate this agreement.

4. Class Rules:

• Please arrive 10mins before class.
• Please adhere to dress code.
• Footwear is not permitted in the dance space.
• No spectators will be allowed in any classes held. This includes but is not limited to any and all parents, guardians, friends, family members etc.

Right of admission is reserved and one’s admission to the school and/or property thereof may be revoked by the instructor/studio at any time.
